Website Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-09-07

1. Scope and operator

This policy covers the prelaunch website getincremental.app and messages you choose to send about it. The website is operated by incremental, a series of Lemonberry Labs LLC ("we" or "us"). The app is in development. This public website does not create app accounts, accept proof videos, save payment cards or activate paid commitments.

App feature descriptions explain the planned product. Before public app access or collection of app data begins, we will publish the applicable app privacy notices and obtain any required permissions or consents.

2. Information and purposes

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, requested page, request time, browser/device information, referrer information and security or error records. We use available technical records to operate the site, diagnose failures and prevent abuse.

If you email support, we receive your email address, any name you include, message contents and ordinary email metadata. We use this information to respond, handle privacy or content concerns and keep necessary records of the request. Please do not send passwords, full card numbers, identification documents, proof videos or health details that are unnecessary for your question.

A sign-in return page can pass a link from an authorized app test back to the installed app when you choose to open it. The generated link is carried in a browser fragment, checked locally and removed from the address bar. We do not include analytics on that page or send its fragment to the website server. Do not share sign-in links. This return page does not itself create an account or make public app access available.

3. Providers and disclosures

Vercel provides website hosting and delivery. Our email service provider processes messages sent to our support inbox. Authorized personnel may access information when needed for support, security or administration. We may disclose relevant information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights or safety, subject to applicable limits.

We do not sell website visitors' personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use support messages for marketing lists. Information is not sent to Stripe, OpenAI or Firebase merely because you read this website; those providers are part of the planned app, not the website's browsing flow.

4. Cookies, tracking and external links

The website does not include advertising pixels or an optional analytics SDK, and does not set application cookies for visitor accounts. Hosting infrastructure may use technical measures needed for delivery and abuse prevention. We do not track your activity across other companies' websites for advertising. Browser Do Not Track signals do not change the site's operation because we do not conduct that tracking; we honor legally applicable opt-out preference signals.

Links may open an app, app store or another website. Those destinations process information under their own notices. We do not control their practices.

5. Retention, security and locations

We keep support correspondence only as reasonably needed to resolve the request, maintain necessary business records and meet legal obligations. Technical records are retained according to the hosting service's applicable settings and security needs. Retention can be longer for a specific unresolved dispute or legal requirement; it is not unlimited permission to retain unrelated information.

We use access controls appropriate to these records, but no service is completely secure. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Do not send sensitive material unnecessary for a support request.

6. Your requests and contact

Email support@getincremental.app to ask about information we hold, request access or correction, or request deletion. You do not need to create an account. We may request proportionate information to verify that the request concerns your information. We respond as required by applicable law, explain any lawful limitation and do not retaliate for exercising a privacy right. If we deny a request, you may reply with "Privacy appeal" to request review and information about applicable regulator complaint options.

7. Children and changes

The planned app is for adults. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through this website. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can address it appropriately.

We post changes here with a revised effective date. Material changes to how previously collected information is used receive additional notice or consent where required. New app features or marketing tools require their own accurate disclosures before those activities begin.
